Bio

First and foremost, I am a teacher – namely, a professor of accounting and finance at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. Teaching, advising, and mentoring college students is what I’ve devoted my life to for the past 18 years.

I speak nationally on ethics, leadership, and a variety of other topics. I do this through continuing education courses, trainings, and keynote speeches.

I am also an author. My first white-collar crime novel, The New Start, was released in the fall of 2021. My other commercial publication, A Legacy Unrivaled: The Story of John Gagliardi, was about my first college football coach, who happens to be the most winning college football coach of all time.

I enjoy promoting accounting through my ACCOUNTING shirts.

I serve on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Society of CPAs and am active as a CPA.
